2. How do we start working together?
We begin with a free evaluation meeting (either on-site or online). We’ll discuss your goals and create a personalized strategy for your property.
3. Is there a minimum contract period?
No. You can start with just one trial period. Our goal is long-term trust — not long-term commitment.
Pricing & Payments
4. How do you price your services?
We offer two options:
– A fixed monthly fee
– Or a commission based on bookings
We’ll decide together what suits your needs best.
5. Are there any hidden costs?
None. All pricing is clear and fully outlined in the collaboration agreement.
Platforms & Profile Support
6. Which platforms do you work with?
We manage Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, and direct bookings via your website or Google Business.
7. I don’t have good photos. Can you help?
Absolutely. We either collaborate with professional photographers or take care of high-quality photos and editing ourselves.
8. I’m not familiar with social media. Can you handle that?
Yes! We manage everything — Instagram & Facebook setup, content creation, scheduling, and strategy.

9. Can you guarantee more bookings?
We can’t guarantee numbers (no one can), but we do guarantee a stronger presence, better pricing strategy, and a more professional image — all of which lead to more bookings over time.
10. How long does it take to see results?
Usually, you’ll see positive changes within 30–60 days, especially when we act quickly on your listings, pricing, and presentation.
